* Leadership
A genuine leader is not a searcher for consensus but a molder of consensus.

* Values
A lie cannot live.

Campaign Neighborhood – CFNBA seeks discovery, accuracy, dialog, data, grievance filing, satirical reporting, neighborhood engagement, public inspection and legal measures as the standard protocol for solving issues of concern. Some additional principles are:

1. Respect others and expect to be respected. Seek solutions for disrespect through discourse, discovery and truth.

3. Disrespectful behavior should be immediately communicated – reported/challenged and dealt with in a consistent manner with a desire for resolution.

4. Disrespect for a person, one’s time, habitat, work, history, race, age, sex, physical condition, economic condition, language, organization; and, rights and privileges are all grounds for exacting the Code of Honor.

5. Seek always to lead by a positive and informed example.

6. Hold those who represent you accountable by first doing your part - staying informed, voting in elections, attending public meetings, volunteering and staying involved, being a good citizen, demanding to make decisions, asking questions, introducing yourself, introducing your neighborhood issues - aligning yourself with the office of the Alderperson, Supervisor, Mayor, County Executive, MPS Board Member, Superintendent, Senator, State Representative; and, U.S. Congressional Representatives.

This includes knowing their name, office number, address, email, election dates and what their role and responsibility is to you.

7. Showing pride in self, family, habitat, your relevance to history, the importance of seniors, the importance of children and making the world a better place for all.

8. Remembering that “civility” is a badge of honor for self and others.

We encourage honest and engaging dialog to solve issues of dispute.
