CN-CFNBA/Campaign Neighborhood - CFNBA is now providing the following services with due diligences and a focus on better/best customer care.

Suite One
CN-CFNBA provides neighborhood-strategic planning, research and advocacy for its Smart Growth 5-Year Signature Plan (2005–2010).

Milwaukee has a “depressing poverty rate” among People of Color and the Working Poor.

The Smart Growth 5-Year Signature Plan seeks linkage through informed, involved and organized neighborhood governance of residential, commercial, light industrial and institutional (clergy/school/ social organization/government) stakeholders as a unit for sustainability.

It is a comprehensive leadership development plan designed to impact quality of life and economic development for Milwaukeeans, especially People of Color and the Working Poor.

Suite Two
Our consulting services include the following:

  • Channel Development

We take you the client where you are and help YOU create where you want to go or be (individual, professional group, organization, family reunion - marketing and branding).

Small business and personal coaching is included.

  • Event Planning

Specialized seminar, workshops, small conferences (200–500 people)and Chautauquas ( public lectures, concerts, and dramatic performances and town hall meetings).

  • Candidate Caucus

Strategizing and evaluation for local candidates running for city/county/school board office.

  • Speaker

Keynote/Guest/Topic speaker and Facilitator for events
