Welcome!

We are proud to offer the first set of Memberships for Milwaukee Professional Association.

Our services are linked to Smart Growth 5-Year Signature Plan (2005–2010). It takes a look at several industries-trades and seek to link the following:

  • employed
  • self-employed
  • un-employed
  • under-employed
  • homeless
  • disabled

Connectivity, communication and training are three keys of Campaign Neighborhood - CFNBA strategic planning.

For the professionals that are in the Security Guard Industry, our goal is to provide programs that help support a firm foundation in the Human Needs and Criminal Justice System.

We will link with higher education programs in human needs and criminal law to match the needs of Milwaukeeans and to make our environment better.

Some courses and/or degrees supported are:

  • Approaches to corrections and rehabilitation
  • Computer-related crime
  • Corporate security
  • Criminal investigation and forensics
  • Criminal law and the judicial system
  • Cultural Competencies
  • Homeland security issues
  • Juvenile justice and crime prevention

An Invitation
Be one of the first to join Milwaukee Professional Association - Security Division.

We recognize the growing number of men and women that are entering the non-law enforcement Security Guard profession.

Our efforts are designed to raise the bar in the areas of employment, image-building, academic and personal upgrade and legal representation.

We subscribe to customer care and best practices for those we serve.

We promote leadership, excellence, verbal/written communication, team spirit, mentorship, advocacy and civility.

Our start-up list of services include:

1. Certification for professional upgrade
2. Customer Care and Best Practices
3. Mentorship - Brother and Sisterhood
4. Employment Referrals
5. Representation - legal and negotiations
6. Training - personal and professional; academic- and experienced-based

Members are required to take courses for professional growth. Have a working knowledge of the use of computers, time management, interpersonal skills, and communication.

We encouraged training in areas/subjects that will help grow one’s profession. For example:

MEMBERSHIP DUES
Annual Membership is $25.00.
There is a one-time signup fee of $15.

Seminars
Education/Training Seminars about an industry are $25.00 each unless otherwise stipulated.

Meetings
Conference Meetings are held Quarterly and Annually.

Other
Membership provide discounts at events and on items for sale.

E-Network Email is sent to keep members up-to-date monthly.)

Each Member of Milwaukee Professional Association is required to have an email; and, he/she is an active user.
